SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to send out your parcels within 3 – 5 days of you placing your order, please bear with us in the summer as we take stock to lots of festivals!
We are rurally based, and only make one or two journeys a week to the post office.
We have a set charge for the posting of each item which covers the posting costs.
RETURN POLICY
Our ideal is to establish enough of a communication through the website and shop in itself to absolutely minimise the need for returns. However, if your clothing really does not work for you, we welcome you to get in touch for a chat about return or exchange:
Returns must be arranged within 14 days of purchase.
We ask you to cover the postage of your return. Our offer is to cover the postage costs of sending out an exchange of size, colour or style for you.
PAYMENT METHOD
In this humble beginning we have only one way to pay; By using your debit / credit card. We bank with Triodos ethical bank and are happy to let you know that your exchange of monetary value is energy that is being held in a world nourishing space.
