Clothing that does not demand an unbalanced amount from the earth and that supports all of the people all of the way along the production line?

Giving back
As of 2023, from the hand-crafts of our weavers, we are beginning a limited edition hand foraged and hand-spun range of nettle fibres, coming directly from small scale and environmentally monitored hand-picking in the Himalayas. We are making this movement to support a re-emergence of hand-spinning and heaving weaving; to support sustainable rural livelihoods in the Himalayas, and to bring back the vibrant, living energy of fully gentle, strong and conscious clothing.Our 3 Phase Vision

With a measure of success in online trading, we will be able to add 2 more 'Giving-Back' pots, from our sales: Re-Wilding Earth - Sharing practical new-generation permaculture knowledge with our Indian workers and their families, to increase their options for a sustainable localized future and sustaining active connection within their natural environment. Would it not be wonderful to return full circle to the wisdom of our ancestors and for growing of non-pesticide Hemp and Nettle crops in the UK to become something which our U.K communities know about. Hand processing, hand dying, hand weaving and tailoring can all happen as a re-growing craft within the U.K. bringing a part of the whole production line fully home to Welsh and English soil.

There is an ancient native wisdom which can be found all over the world- the decisions we make today should result in a sustainable world seven generations into the future. Any group of leaders and any business should consider the future generations, maybe even the next seven generations- and put the well-being of the children at it's most central consideration. Sage is one of our children's wear designers. She has travelled in India, made friends with our two families of tailors, learnt from a different culture, loves making dresses and has a good idea of what children in the British Isles may like from our label.
